60ft six berth cruiser stern narrow boat in the same condition as the day it was built & fitted out to a high standard by Aintree Boat Builders. Launched on 16/1/2017 and to date only has 300 hrs engine running time. It has been meticulously maintained by its one and only owner.

Since its purchase it has had: cratch cover to the bow, large cover to the cruiser stern, camera system to the bow with a mountable screen to the stern.
The steel constuction is the standard 10:6:4mm. Coated below the waterline with 4 layers of Coflex blacking. Cabin sites and roof coach painted with Epifanes primer, undercoat & yacht enamel. Since its purchase it has had two further coats of blacking in 2018.

From Bow To Stern:
Gas locker, two 13kg bottles, single valve & bubble tester. Behind this locker there is a Vetus bow thruster with its own battery & steel access panel.

Enter the cabin into a spacious fixed double bedroom with large wardrobe, below bed drawer storage, overhead cupboards & wall-mounted TV.
Through a mirror door into the bathroom, large shower cubicle, vanity unit and a composting toilet.
Next, a small passage with sliding door off to a second fixed double bedroom with below bed drawers & above cupboard storage.

Now into: Saloon area, solid fuel stove with insulated flue, wall-mounted TV set into a storage unit, sofa with storage below, matching dinette to form the third double bed with storage below & side opening doors.

Galley: Solid oak worktops & cupboards, with washing machine, free standing Shoreline fridge freezer behind oak doors. Thetford stainless steel gas hob & high level cooker. The circular sink is also covered with a removable oak block. Plenty of cupboard storage space.

Above the rear steps there are storage cupboards. On the starboard side the boat electrical instruments are installed.

Out on the back deck: large cruiser stern with cover and wooden seating rail over the stern.

Engine: here we have plenty of power for river or canal cruising with a keel Cooled Beta Marine 43 diesel engine with a PRM 150 gearbox in pristine condition as you would expect with only 300hrs running. A Vetus water lubricated shaft.

Central heating & hot water: Diesel powered Eberspacher with header tank within the storage cupboard, the heating within the boat is behind the oak vented skirting & a towel rail to the bathroom. Hot water is also supplied from the Eberspacher or the engine heating via a calorifier cylinder.

Electrical: there is a 3Kw Victron Multi Plus Charger & Inverter for 240v sockets and a shoreline socket.

1 x 12v 110amp/hr starter battery, 4 x 12v 135amp/hr domestic batteries, 1 x 12v 110amp/hr bow thruster battery. Fitted Galvanic isolator.

There are two 136w solar panels fitted to charge the leisure batteries.

Internal finish: The whole floor is solid oak, the lower walls are oak panneling, above this light finished walls & board effect ceiling all with oak mouldings.

All bedding, seating & curtains are included.

Mooring equipment: All remain with the boat including boat pole, aluminium boarding plank, ropes, including bow, sterm and two centre lines, and a life ring.
